Evaluation
1. What I really enjoyed about this class was
creating projects on code. I enjoyed creating my own animations that I was able
to put my own personality.
2. I did not enjoy using W3 school program
because I did not enjoy the layout of the program; I found it very confusing to
learn from.
3. I recommend we spend more time on projects
that involve coding rather than PowerPoint.
4. The highlight for
me in the class was when I created my own scratch animation project I was very
excited with the end result, and it was something I had never done before.
5. I could of overall done better in the class. I
did not give my all when completing these projects something I truly regret.
6. I have not been so consistent on reading my
journal every single day. After high school I plan on creating a new set of
goals that seem more realistic and that I will truly set my mind to accomplish.
I believe a journal is a great way to accomplish my goals and dreams.
7. I a very committed to always choosing to be a
CTR person. Always choosing the right will always lead me to the right path. And
be able to accomplish many things.
8. From taking
this class I learned to always be a CTR person. I’ve learned many ways to be successful
as a students and in my everyday life. Honestly that is something I will always
cherish with me and hope I can teach others the same.

Reflection: In order to be the best leader you must never give up. People who are great leaders never give up on themselves or others. Success is only best when it is completed. For example when doing a group project leaders are the main support of the group they cannot give up on their team members. True leaders allow everything to finish strong. They encourage other people to never give up.

Reflection: The number one thing in becoming an efficient and successful leader is have the trust of others. People must be able to trust your motives and trust you enough to follow you. In order to build up trust you must first get to know the person as well as respect the persons beliefs. Listen to the persons opinions and ideas. People will value this you will become a person of trust and be likes by many. People will enjoy having you as a leader.
8. Quick to listen slow to wrath
Reflection: A good leader is a good listener. A leader must have good listening skills and always hear out the other person before they show any emotions. Leaders that have the patience to hear out their fellow teammates before they show emotions are good people and wait for they whole truth before they can show any response. Most successful people I've known are the ones who do more listening than talking."- Bernard Baruch
9. Lead with vision: A good planned vision will help you and your team always have a good outcome. Good leaders allow the vision of every person in the team to be included. Great outcomes are the ones with every ones mindset. Be a great leader and achieve your vision.
10. Manage with a plan: Team work can only be successful if you have a manager to help keep everyone on track. Leaders must always be aware of your teammates actions and make sure the follow through with their part. Manage the teams work by divided the project equally within the group.

Reflection: Always be responsible for your actions. Be aware of the things you must complete as a leader. Always be ready for what comes in your way and be responsible for any damage you do. Accountability will make you a very reliable leader and trustworthy.
